Leads technical delivery of the feasibility prototype: service architecture, PoS simulation, payment-partner interfaces, pseudonymous account and record services, controlled analytics, APIs, data models, and observability. Works with privacy, security, and integration specialists to translate requirements into reusable implementation patterns, test trust boundaries, and assemble evidence for partner evaluation. Provides technical leadership through Phase I and, subject to funding, continuity into Phase II.
