The Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive the evolution of Social Nature’s AI-powered platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge campaign management tools, multi-channel marketing integrations, and real-time analytics models. As a key technical leader, you’ll architect scalable, high-performance systems that power personalized user experiences, gamification features, and secure role-based access controls. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered platforms, including campaign management tools and analytics models.
• Oversee the integration of multiple marketing channels into Social Nature’s platform.
• Ensure high-performance, scalable architecture supporting real-time data processing and security protocols.
• Develop and enhance user engagement features, including personalized gamification systems and social sharing tools.
• Implement and maintain analytics frameworks for tracking user behavior and optimizing engagement.
• Ensure the platform follows best practices in cloud infrastructure, security, and AI technologies.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in designing scalable systems using cloud-based infrastructure and AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and permission management.
• Experience in implementing personalized systems and social sharing tools.
• Proficiency in service-oriented architecture and high-throughput data processing.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics architectural patterns.
