We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take a leading role in our farm management information system (FMIS) software product development. Reporting to the Head of Product, FMIS, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of agriculture technology at Agworld.

What you will do:

  • Product Strategy and Vision
    • Own the product roadmap and prioritization of features and functionality for the areas of FMIS that you have ownership over, aligning with company objectives, customer requests, and the direction set by the Head of Product, FMIS.
  • Customer-Centric Development
    • Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
    • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and features that address current and prospective customer pain points.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
    • Facilitate effective coordination among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to inform decisions and optimize product effectiveness.
    • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in the AgTech sector and particularly relative to Agworld competitors.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch.
    • Prepare detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories as required.

We want you to succeed so you will need:

Nice to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in agricultural technology or software development.
  • Experience with SaaS products in the B2B market.
  • Strong understanding of farm management systems, including features including precision agriculture, yield analysis & OEM integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Proven track record of delivering key business results through product initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Design or Agribusiness preferred.

Salary range: $125,000 to $150,000 per year
