Semios is now in the process of uniting its global sales efforts after various acquisitions and as the Sales Operations Coordinator you will help piece together this initiative. The successful candidate will have an eye for organization and process, as well as an interest in data analytics.

What you will do:

Sales process and data coordination

  • Develop sales process documents and train Sales and CS reps on new processes and systems
  • Develop checks within and across sales systems to ensure that quality data is being produced and the quote to cash process is moving smoothly
  • Improve and administer monthly commissions process

Operations facilitation

  • Coordinate and capture sales forecast with inputs from multiple stakeholders in product and sales
  • Facilitate introduction of new products, sales channels, and partnerships into sales systems and processes
  • Highlight potential customer impacts or initiatives resulting from shortages, lead-times or excess material

Sales support, order entry (ad-hoc support for special deals)

  • Enter orders as needed to support a specialized sales function, with seasonal demand
  • Manage adjustments to sales orders or invoices when circumstances require more detailed support
  • Track and resolve issues with orders, freight or billing
