As a Business Systems Analyst you'll liaise with cross functional teams to deliver processes and systems improvements, leveraging your strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. The Business Systems Analyst must have expertise in defining business processes, business systems analysis, and implementation and support of modern ERP systems. You will play an important role in elevating our business operations and enable us to achieve operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Analyze business processes and systems, pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Be part of the core team to lead the implementation and configuration of business systems, optimize business processes and respond to user report-writing and analysis requests.
- Take ownership of gathering and delivering comprehensive business requirements, process flows and user stories to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness. ensuring comprehensive understanding of the proposed solutions meeting business needs.
- Contribute to enablement strategy development with a strong understanding of business needs and impacts to influence roadmaps.
- Apply previous experience and knowledge of business systems and processes, and evolving technologies like Generative AI to provide insights for optimizing business processes within HR, Finance, and other operational functions.
- Actively participate in driving adoption of processes and systems changes through user testing, addressing usage issues, building and delivering training content and monitoring user feedback.
- Document, track, and monitor all problems/resolutions activity to ensure timely resolution and adherence to department guidelines.
- Keep stakeholders informed of significant or recurring issues that have an effect on business operations.
- Manage external support requirements with third-party providers.
- Develop and maintain user instructions and support documentation for enterprise business systems tailored for technical and non-technical users.
- Measure the success of new features with external and internal users and develop plans to continuously improve on product usage.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance through data trend analysis for further improvements, generating insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to informed decision-making.
