- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users, becoming a trusted advisor on legal tech strategy.

AI & Product Innovation

- Develop and train new “smart fields” and or deal points for transactional documents, especially in securities and financing.

- Stay current on legal trends and identify new opportunities for product innovation.

Product Feedback & Strategy

- Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to product and engineering teams.

- Help shape product roadmaps by identifying gaps, use cases, and areas for improvement.

- Contribute to the development of best-in-class playbooks and internal processes for customer success.

-Lead and manage the Legal Product Consultant team, setting clear goals, managing project loads, and allocating resources effectively.

-Measure and report on the effectiveness of knowledge engineering efforts, using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

-Serve as a key advisor to senior management on strategic adoption matters, influencing decision-making and policy development.
