Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Talent Advisor to join our team in Kosovo. This role combines talent acquisition responsibilities with comprehensive pre-employment support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent while managing the pre-employment process from background verification through successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through various channels including but not limited to AI sourcing tools, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen candidates through video interviews and initial assessments
  • Partner with the Talent Advisor and collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing metrics in applicant tracking system

Pre-Employment Support & Processing

  • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive background check processes for all candidates
  • Review background check results and adjudicate findings according to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Manage cases requiring additional review or escalation through proper adjudication channels
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Administer pre-employment assessments and skills evaluations
  • Analyze assessment results and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Coordinate reference checks and employment verification processes
  • Document all assessment outcomes and maintain confidential candidate files

Onboarding Support

  • Generate and manage onboarding tickets for new hires
  • Coordinate with L&D, IT, HR, and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment
  • Experience with background check processes and employment verification
  • Strong understanding of pre-employment screening procedures and best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Albanian language skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
