Director, Business Transformation

Location: UK Hybrid (with travel as required)

Reports To: Chief Business Transformation & Operations Officer

We are now entering our next chapter of accelerated growth and enterprise value creation—and we’re looking for a Business Transformation Director to help lead it.

The Role

As Business Transformation Director, you will be a senior leader in our Transformation Office—a high-impact function directly shaping the company’s operational, commercial, and strategic trajectory.

You will translate strategic ambitions into measurable enterprise outcomes—leading cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, scalability, and margin expansion. Your remit will span enterprise-wide initiatives, working with C-suite, senior leaders, and operational teams to ensure delivery against our transformation roadmap.

This is not a theoretical strategy role—it is execution at pace, bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to high-value programs that increase the long-term value of the business.

Key Areas of Impact

· Enterprise Value Creation

· Lead transformation workstreams directly tied to commercial impact, cost optimization, and strategic market positioning.

· Develop and deliver structured execution plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and ROI targets.

· Partner with Finance, Analytics, and the C-suite to track benefits realization and ensure initiatives deliver measurable enterprise value.

Organizational Change & Enablement

· Act as a transformation business partner to business units, breaking down silos and driving alignment on critical priorities.

· Design and lead change management strategies that accelerate adoption, embed new ways of working, and sustain performance improvements.

· Build repeatable transformation tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks that institutionalize our ability to change at scale.Performance Management & Governance

· Establish clear reporting mechanisms and dashboards for transformation KPIs, accessible to executive and board-level stakeholders.

· Support the Chief Business Transformation & Operations Officer in operational governance across executive reviews and steering committees.

· Create a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability in transformation delivery.

What You Bring

· 6–8+ years of leadership experience in business transformation, strategy, or operational excellence—ideally from top-tier consulting and/or high-growth PE-backed technology environments.

· A proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives that have driven measurable EBITDA impact.

· Exceptional program leadership skills—able to move seamlessly between C-suite discussions and operational execution.

· Expertise in data-driven decision-making, including the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, automate reporting, and leverage AI tools for performance management, Powerpoint and Excel.

· Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and the agility to engage with teams across all levels of the business and run PMO level leadership, at times.

· Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or technology-enabled services preferred.
