Your Opportunity

Come join our team in an influential role as Revenue Operations Manager. As the operational backbone of the commercial organization, you ensure alignment and efficiency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with Finance and Supply Chain for accurate forecasting and resource allocation, as well as managing commercial proposal creation and the price book.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Departmental Support: You will be responsible for providing the tools, data, and process optimization to enhance the effectiveness of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success through streamlining workflows and ensuring cohesive data driven operation towards common goals.

Commercial Proposal Creation and Management: By taking ownership of the development and management of commercial proposals you will share your talent for standardizing proposal formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and aligning proposals with customer expectations and commercial company requirements.

Price Book Management: Overseeing the management, documentation, and application of the Kathairos price book creating pricing consistency across all sales channels. Supporting pricing analysis to ensure up to date information reflecting market dynamics, solution cost fluctuations, and strategic commercial decisions.

Data Analysis and Reporting: The collection and analysis of data from commercial activities is imperative to drive meaningful insights that guide strategic decision making for all levels of the Kathairos organization; while taking accountability to ensure quality, timely, and accurate information is transparent to company leadership.

Forecasting: Consistent collaboration with Kathairos Finance and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate product demand and revenue forecasts, integrating market trends, historical data, and sales pipeline to generate dependable predictions.

CRM and Infrastructure Management: Owning CRM systems to optimize interdepartmental processes and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of essential information systems to support commercial activities.

Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuous identification of opportunities to enhance productivity and improve processes which enable investment and implementation of best practices and innovative technology to drive our business forward.

Commercial ROI Optimization: Ongoing evaluation and optimization of value generated by commercial activities that increase revenue while minimizing commercial costs and resources deployed.

Required (Must have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or other technically relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations, account management, or a related field, with at least two years in a management role.
  • Proven record of building and leading commercial or revenue focused processes and teams.
  • Strong understanding of commercial metrics and KPIs and best practices for implementation.
  • Excellent ability to evaluate, design, implement, and manage commercial initiatives that deliver against stated sales goals.
  • Experience utilizing commercial information management systems such as CRM and other commercial tools for revenue and operational forecasting. Strong experience with Salesforce is desired.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in emissions reduction and environmental compliance, is highly desirable.

Valued (Nice to have):

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of carbon economics and voluntary emissions markets.
  • Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to methane emissions.
  • Proven success in managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience and ability to inspire and guide a commercial team.
  • Master’s degree in business administrative or relevant field of study
