Job Description:

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator at IMAX, you’ll support inventory control activities, coordinate parts movement between different locations, and assemble goods for shipments.

What you’ll do:

• Support all inventory control activities. (In/Out/Transfer) This includes transactions, pick-up, put-away, shipping & receiving.

• Coordinate timely parts/systems movement between Ridgeway, Speakman and Laird based on build/ship schedules.

• Assemble goods for shipments to other Imax locations and Exhibitor sites.

• Act as a Liaison between Master Data Analyst and other stakeholders to gather information required for shipping & customs compliance.

• Participate in cycle counting activities

• Assist in reorganizing warehouse space to create a more efficient workspace

• Driver for daily truck runs

• Responsible for a clean and safe work environment.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience

• Strong cross-functional knowledge of master data usage across the supply chain

• SAP knowledge considered an asset

• Must hold a valid G driver’s license (Must provide clean drivers abstract).

• Strong organizational skills and positive attitude

• Articulate communicator

• Quick learner and motivated team player

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
