Job Description:

About the Role

A critical member of IMAX’s Brand Marketing team, we’re looking for a Coordinator, Brand Marketing to join our team and assist with the coordination of brand marketing projects and administrative tasks. You’ll will help develop and execute projects, keeping stakeholders on track and coordinating deliverables across multiple partners.

You’ll report into the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and work cross-functionally with Creative, Accounting, Finance, Digital, Legal and our larger IMAX Marketing teams. We’re looking for someone who will also frequently interact with senior leaders of the organization and work closely with external partners and agencies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate across brand marketing projects and launch campaigns, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to provide support at each step, from ideation to roll-out

  • Provide day-to-day support for IMAX’s online store, working closely with full-service agency (external) to coordinate new product buys, marketing materials, site and copy updates, internal orders, and invoicing

  • Schedule meetings, aligning multiple schedules and, at times, conflicting priorities; Keep track of meeting notes, ensuring next steps are documented, distributed & actioned

  • Proactively help the team to anticipate next steps and potential roadblocks; Keep stakeholders informed and on track; Pivot to adapt to moving targets as needed

  • Track budget and dollars spend, process invoices and consolidate monthly accruals across Brand and Digital

  • Work closely with the Accounting & Legal teams on partner agreements & invoicing

  • Work closely with the Creative Production teams to provide support to; Write and input briefs in project management tools; Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on brand and on schedule; Distribute assets to multiple internal teams, including internationally

  • Contribute creative ideas for content capture and marketing materials, staying on top of cultural, fashion, social trends.

  • Create campaign and project reports and presentations

  • Support the Brand Marketing team with ad hoc requests and communications

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in project or campaign coordination and/or go-to-market executions, ideally within a consumer goods or retail company, at an agency or in a fast-paced media/entertainment environment required

  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel

  • Resourceful, proactive, self-motivated with the ability to solve problems and navigate complex projects and fluid timelines

  • Comfortable with change and able to shift direction and priorities often

  • Impeccable communication skills and proactive with updates

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with creative teams and agencies managing creative assets preferred

  • Experience working with senior leaders a plus
