What You'll Be Doing:
- The role is a balance of managing demos set up by our Business Development Team along with cold calling decision-makers at childcare centers to source your own leads
- In both instances you will be responsible for discovery, presentation, negotiating & closing as well as showcasing the tremendous value HiMama provides & getting people excited
- Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly and annual team targets as well as individual
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in a transactional Sales role, preferably in the Ed Tech/Educational industry, or Curriculum Sales
- Personable & confident attitude along with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Growth minded, a continuous learner, perpetually excited to refine their skills & set bigger goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create & foster relationships with customers
- A collaborative team player who values others’ talents, insights & input
- Tenacious & resilient with the ability to push past hurdles to achieve targets
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
- Experience with a transactional/fast B2B sales process is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and G-Suite is a plus
