6+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or risk-related domains.
Experience working with fraud systems, credit risk, compliance tooling, or chargeback processes is a strong asset.
Strong product judgment with the ability to navigate trade-offs between risk, user experience, and business impact.
Proven ability to deliver complex, data-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, and data models.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
A customer-first mindset, with empathy for both merchants and internal users.
