This role is mainly responsible for the account receivables with the goal of improving billing processes.

About the candidate
Skills, attributes, and responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Use GetQuorum’s software and Chargebee to issue timely and accurate invoices
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices and resolve any client questions or issues that arise.
- Ensure accuracy and validity of information in the CRM and billing software
- Track and record payment of invoices in conjunction with our accounting department
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Work collaboratively with accounting and sales department
- Track signatures on Master Service Agreements and distribute Certification of Service to clients
- Participate in various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Must Haves
- Available for 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong phone and email etiquette
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Efficient multitasking and time management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft and G-suite applications
- 1+ years of client-facing and customer support experience
- Billing experience is an asset
- Prior experience collecting receivables an asset
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, startup environment

GetQuorum is a Toronto-based technology company that provides hosted virtual annual general meetings and electronic voting platform-as-a-service tailored to the condominium markets in Ontario, Alberta, Florida and North America. Our interview process follows this sequence if you are chosen to move forward.

- A 15-20 min screen with a member of our HR team.
- A 45 min Interview with our Billing/Accounting Team
- A decision is communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended
