Location: Remote, Canada

About the Role
Title: Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator Intern (Part-Time)
Location: Remote | Hours (20 hrs/week)
Rate: $20/hr CAD
Digital Marketing Coordinator Interns at Diversio own the day-to-day execution of Diversio’s digital marketing content across social media, email, and web channels. This role focuses on turning strategy into action by ensuring content is published, campaigns are scheduled, and marketing assets are properly managed.
You will work closely with the revenue team to support ongoing marketing initiatives, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent communication with our audience across digital channels.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys writing, coordinating projects, and working across multiple digital platforms.
What you will do:Social Media & Content Publishing (Primary Focus)
- Own the publishing and scheduling of Diversio’s LinkedIn content calendar
- Write and schedule LinkedIn posts based on provided themes, campaign goals, and thought leadership content
- Coordinate with external design vendors to ensure social assets are delivered and ready for posting
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence of 3-4 LinkedIn posts per week and a monthly newsletter distribution, ensuring all content is scheduled in advance
- Monitor post performance and flag high-performing content to the marketing team
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Build and format monthly newsletters and campaign emails in HubSpot
- Manage email scheduling and ensure campaigns are sent on time
- Review and test emails prior to distribution to ensure formatting and links function correctly
- Maintain email templates and assist with list organization and segmentation
Website & Content Management
- Publish and format blog posts on Diversio’s WordPress website
- Ensure blog posts follow formatting, tagging, and SEO guidelines
- Update website content and landing pages as needed
- Maintain consistency in formatting, visuals, and metadata across published content
Marketing Coordination & Operations
- Maintain Diversio’s marketing content calendar
- Track publishing deadlines and ensure content is scheduled in advance
- Organize marketing assets including images, graphics, and content libraries
- Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external vendors
- Support documentation of marketing processes and workflows
You will likely have
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise content
- Experience managing or scheduling social media content
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and keep projects on track
- Comfort working across multiple digital platforms
- Interest in digital marketing operations, content publishing, and campaign execution
