Contract for January - August 2026 with an opportunity for an extension through the fall.

About the Role
Title: Customer Success Intern (Part-Time)
Location: Remote | Hours (20 hrs/week)
Duration: 8 months
Rate: $20/hr CAD
Customer Success Interns at Diversio serve a critical role in helping executives and human resource professionals advance Diversity, Equity, and inclusion in their organizations. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy building customer relationships, analyzing DEI, consulting, and building content on DEI topics. We are looking for a dedicated, outgoing, self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to build relationships and learn more about the role of Customer Success in a startup ecosystem.
What you will do
Support your CSM team by:
- Analyzing specific Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion challenges faced by our clients
- Helping to create client Action Plans addressing DEI pain points using Diversio's AI-powered Recommendation Engine
- Supporting preparation for read-outs with the client's HR and Executive Leadership teams to shape DEI strategy and align on the next steps
- Supporting clients in problem-solving the toughest Diversity and Inclusion challenges and questions through analysis and presentation creation
- Developing and sharing knowledge on the latest DEI best practices
- Supporting the vision and values of Diversio and represent the firm in a high-quality and professional way
You will likely* have:
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or any other relevant program
- Completing the third or final year of your program
- Proficiency in Slack
- Effective research and information-gathering skills
- Ability to take the initiative from ideas to action quickly, to try something new, and problem-solve using analytics
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to be a team player in addition to being a self-starter
- Detail oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- An interest and initial understanding of DEI
- Demonstrated content creation and presentation skills (PowerPoint and PDF)
- Previous experience in customer success, customer relationship management, consulting, or any customer-facing role is a plus
