About the Role

Title: Revenue Operations Intern (Part-Time), Winter 2026

Location: Remote | Hours (20 hrs/week)

Rate: $20/hr CAD

Revenue Operations Interns at Diversio play a vital role in supporting the entire revenue function across sales and marketing. As a Revenue Operations Intern, your success in this position relies on your ability to bridge sales and marketing activities, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead management, sales enablement, content development, and strategic outreach. We seek a committed, results-oriented self-starter who is eager to develop skills across the full revenue cycle within a dynamic startup ecosystem

What you will do:

Sales Operations & Enablement (Primary Focus)

  • Qualify and route inbound leads through research and initial discovery conversations
  • Source and build target account lists for outbound sales efforts, identifying key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target industries
  • Research prospective clients and compile intelligence on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and company-specific insights
  • Support the creation and refinement of client proposals, pitch decks, and business cases
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation materials
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and lead conversion in Salesforce
  • Assist in optimizing the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements

Marketing Support

  • Create and develop content for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the planning and facilitation of virtual events and webinars
  • Contribute to ongoing website improvements and updates
  • Help develop thought leadership content that supports sales enablement

Strategic Projects

  • Partner with the Leadership team on high-value revenue operations projects
  • Work directly with the VP of Revenue Operations on strategic initiatives
  • Support the vision and values of Diversio and represent the firm in a high-quality and professional way
You will likely have:
  • Experience working in a professional environment (sales, marketing, or business development experience is a strong asset)
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or any other relevant program
  • Completing the third or final year of your program
  • Proficiency in Slack, ClickUp, and G-Suite
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Salesforce CRM
  • Strong research and information-gathering skills, with ability to synthesize complex information
  • Ability to take initiative from ideas to action quickly, to try something new, and problem-solve using analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be a team player in addition to being a self-starter
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking across sales and marketing functions
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated content creation and presentation skills ( PDF, Google Slides)
  • Comfortable with prospecting tools and professional networking (LinkedIn, industry databases)
