Calian PSPs is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Coordinator on a Full-Time/Permanent basis. The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator provides exceptional support to patients, prescribers, and pharmacies in a patient support program.
This role is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications on time and that physicians and their offices experience seamless, professional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Patient Enrollment – Process patient enrollment forms with accuracy, ensuring complete and correct information. Follow up with prescribers to resolve missing or incorrect fields.
- Order Management – Submit order forms to pharmacies promptly to support timely medication shipments.
- Renewals – Proactively follow up with physicians for patient renewals to avoid interruptions in therapy.
- Program Tracking – Maintain accurate records, including tracking of co-pay card numbers and other program-related documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians’ offices, patients, and pharmacies, ensuring inquiries are addressed with professionalism and urgency.
- Adverse Event Reporting – Accurately document and report any adverse events in compliance with regulatory and program requirements, ensuring timely escalation to appropriate stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify and recommend process efficiencies to improve service delivery and patient/physician experience.
- Fulfill other duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or PSP environment.
- Fully bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems.
- Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service and compliance.
- Collaborative team player who also works independently.
- Adaptable and open to continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements
- Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of time, including weekend or overnight, and to work extended hours to support operations requirements.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday between 11.30am to 8pm EST.
Compensation:
- $45,000 – $50,000 per year.
