Engagement Manager

- This position will interact on a regular basis with CDL founders, Mentors, Corporate Partners, Academic faculty, and other CDL and Georgia Tech employees.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 – Supports donor relations by:
- Managing donor relations
- Developing and implementing plans to support donor management and
- stewardship strategies and/or activities
- Handling sensitive and/or confidential information
- Drafting donor acknowledgment and recognition communications
- Creating and editing a standard operating procedures manual
- Responding to and resolving service complaints
- Meeting face-to-face with current and potential donors to discuss giving interests and opportunities
Job Duty 2 – Supports fundraising efforts by:
- Providing feedback on the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns
- Analyzing complex giving and donor trends/patterns and making strategic recommendations to senior CDL officials
- Developing marketing/communications strategies that support fundraising campaigns and programs
- Developing content for marketing and/or promotional materials
- Analyzing the impact of stewardship programming on fundraising initiatives
Job Duty 3 – Leads project initiatives by:
- Developing overall project design
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Developing charter, scope, resources, and schedule for project(s)
- Planning and implementing project phases
- Liaising with management to determine goals and priorities
- Develop project schedules, including milestones, critical path, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Developing and maintaining project quality control standards
- Planning and implementing a workflow for a group
- Resolving project disputes and conflicts between project stakeholders
- Implementing project communications plans
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Handling complex and/or sensitive information
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of job-related experience
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proposed Salary
- Salary Range: $60,846-$82,749/yr
- Job Grade: A9
