Summary:
ShareDo, now part of Clio—the global leader in legal tech—is looking for an Enterprise Sales Solution Architect to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key technical advisor during the sales process, delivering high-impact product demos and proof-of-concepts to large law firms using our adaptive work management platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to design tailored solutions that solve real problems and exceed client expectations.
This is a strategic, client-facing role that requires strong business analysis capabilities and experience working with business process automation in a SaaS environment. You’ll be responsible for translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable solutions that demonstrate real value. This role also requires up to 30% travel, primarily on the East Coast, for in-person meetings and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do
Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that solve client challenges
Analyze client workflows and identify automation opportunities to drive efficiency
Translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions within the ShareDo platform
Partner with sales to craft solution strategies and close high-value deals
Act as a technical lead in prospect meetings, workshops, and evaluations
Support seamless handoffs to implementation teams with clear documentation and transition plans
Stay ahead of legal tech, SaaS, and automation trends to position ShareDo effectively
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis in a SaaS environment
Proven experience in process automation and workflow design for enterprise clients
Background in legal tech, case/matter management, or B2B enterprise software is a plus
Excellent business analysis skills—you ask the right questions and uncover the right needs
Strong communication abilities—you simplify complex concepts for any audience
Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Leadership potential and a desire to help grow a high-performing pre-sales function
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements

The full salary range* for this role is $92,100 to $108,300 to $124,500 USD and the full commission range is $30,700 to $36,100 to $41,500 USD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
