Summary:

We are currently seeking a Manager, People Business Partnerships EMEA to join our People team in Dublin. This role will be based in our Dublin hub.

What you’ll work on:

  • Building, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of high performing people experts.

  • Owning the people strategy for Clio’s EMEA region by having a strong understanding on the overall company strategy, OKR’s and business metrics.

  • Partnering with COE people managers in North America to indirectly inform and support the design and implementation of our people's experiences across the EMEA region.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships at executive / senior leadership levels.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience operating under EMEA employment laws and regulations.

  • Partnering and collaborating with the C-Team, S-Team, PLT and broader leadership team to embody our human and high performing culture at Clio, standing as an ambassador of our mission, values and operating principles;

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor to senior leaders and supporting the development and delivery of strategic People Team services that support departmental and organizational goals;

  • Creating and operationalizing progressive and scalable People Business Partner best practices and acting as the EMEA SME for the organization.

  • Leading organizational diagnosis, organizational design, workforce planning and change facilitation across the organization and supporting/coaching the other business partners to do the same with theirs.

  • Supporting and guiding people integrations through any merger and acquisition activities, as needed.

  • Supporting the evolution of Clio’s organizational infrastructure in a scalable way. Informing and contributing to the development and implementation of broader Talent programs and processes such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Planning, Leadership Development, Succession, Total Compensation, and more.

  • Influencing beyond your client groups.

  • Advising and executing on multi-department transformational changes.

  • Having strong partnerships and an influential voice within the People COE’s (Engagement, TACQ, Total Rewards, L&D) and other business COE’s (Biz Ops, Finance, Legal etc) and the ability to DRI strategic project workstreams.

  • Being a data driven decision maker, analyzing and reporting on trends in the organization and recommending strategic, proactive action to increase employee engagement and retention across the organisation.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with internal and external legal counsel, as needed.

  • Investigating and resolving complex employee relations matters and investigations as required; act as an escalation resource for concerns arising across the EMEA organisation;

  • Analyzing and reporting on people trends in the business and externally, recommending strategic, proactive solutions to increase performance, engagement and retention.

  • Contributing to the establishment and decision making of short-term and long term goals/OKRs and executing quarterly results while meeting budget and schedule expectations for your team goals as aligned to organisational objectives;

  • Travel between offices and regions, as required.

  • Other duties, as required.

What you may have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role.

  • International expansion and M&A experience

  • Proven experience supporting multiple countries within the EMEA region

  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labor laws, compliance standards, tribunals and HR best practices, specifically in Ireland and England.

  • Experience working in multinational companies in the technology industry, specifically in high growth stage to public company

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

The full salary range* for this role is €89,600 to €112,000 to €134,400 EUR.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
