We are seeking a GTM Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations department at Clio.

The Revenue Operations Team drives growth across Clio by spearheading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that catalyze revenue growth and strategic alignment across the organization.

What you’ll work on:
Program Planning: Identify critical business needs and plan the execution of complex programs alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic objectives.
Program Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across multiple teams in Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Engineering, and Product.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Build partnerships across the organization and work across all teams and levels to build alignment and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Analysis & Decision Making: Validate potential solutions through qualitative and quantitative analysis, providing actionable insights that refine our GTM strategies.
Executive Communication: Manage communications with senior leadership and present findings to the executive team through compelling narratives to articulate the progress of our GTM initiatives.
Adaptive Problem-Solving: Navigate and resolve ambiguities with proactive and creative problem-solving, thriving in dynamic and uncertain environments.
About You:
You excel in unstructured environments and are skilled at making sense of complex, unclear situations to drive clarity and direction.
You can cut through the noise and prioritize initiatives based on total business impact and return on effort, ensuring that resources are spent where they will have the greatest impact.
You have a demonstrated history of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including GTM and R&D, to deliver high-impact programs.
You're a strategic thinker ready to "Get Stuff Done" (GSD), balancing big-picture strategy with tactical execution.
You operate with an ownership mentality, always striving for excellence and taking full responsibility for the success of your initiatives.
You focus on granular details when necessary, while also stepping back to assess the broader strategic context, ensuring decisions are well-informed and impactful.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related fields.
Proven ability to work effectively with GTM and R&D teams.
Experience in acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash operations, and as well as GTM application selection and implementations.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
