What you will do
Invoice Processing & Payables Management
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
Manage AP inbox and ensure timely handling of vendor invoices.
Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies.
Process and review expense reports, reimbursements, and corporate credit card transactions.
Payment Oversight & Reconciliations
Support the execution of timely and accurate payment runs.
Conduct vendor payment reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain vendor records, including banking details and compliance documentation.
Oversee corporate credit card management, including tracking, coding, and reconciliation.
Policy Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Act as an AP liaison with internal departments, including Treasury, Tax, Sales, and Marketing.
System & Process Optimization
Assist in optimizing AP processes through automation and system enhancements.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of P2P systems such as Coupa and Concur.
Ensure effective data management and accurate reporting in financial systems.
Month-End Close & Reporting
Support month-end closing activities, including PO/invoice accruals and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze AP aging reports and other financial reporting as needed.
Assist in processing and verifying rent payments, stale-dated checks, and outstanding vendor balances.
Special Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in AP-related projects, including system implementations and efficiency initiatives.
Support AP Confluence policy refreshes and quarterly AP write-offs.
Engage in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP functions.
Qualifications & Experience
2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
Proficiency in AP systems, such as Coupa, Concur, and NetSuite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Assist in developing and maintaining AP policies and contribute to process improvements.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
