We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator [13-Month Contract] to join our Talent Acquisition Team. We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us in our Toronto office

Who you are:
You are the glue that holds the Talent Acquisition team together. Partnering closely with different members of the team you will support with administrative tasks, scheduling, preboarding and everything in between. What you’ll work on:
Schedule candidate interviews with speed and efficiency.
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with providing a top tier candidate experience focused on quality and transparency.
Help develop and improve our back-end recruitment processes: maintain the data integrity of our ATS (Workday) and our hiring tracking tools.
Provide administrative support, such as conducting employee reference and background checks, and managing pre-boarding communication, and more.
Provide logistical, tactical and coordination support for hiring events (virtual and in-person).
Build strong partnerships with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring partners, helping to cultivate a collaborative approach to recruitment.
Proactively identify challenges, devise creative solutions, while contributing to the optimization and enhancement of our internal processes.
What you bring:

Experience with GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendars).
The ability to work independently on both tactical items and a wide range of projects.
The ability to quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships.

Commitment to innovation, thinking outside the box, and pioneering new approaches.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience using recruitment tools such as Workday, Gem, or LinkedIn.
Experience working in an HR or recruitment role in the tech industry.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
