We are currently seeking a Brand Designer to join our Creative team. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec, and can be performed remotely.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Brand Designer to carry the visual execution of Clio’s brand over every touch point. This role will focus on conceptualization, prototyping, production and quality assurance of final launch.

You will join a fun and fast-paced in-house creative team at Clio that is collaborative and eagerly growing the Clio brand. The ideal applicant must have a keen design sensibility and an acute attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Seek out new and creative ways to design engaging material for our brand.

  • Support the design needs for our communications including branding, advertising, case studies, social media, experiential design and more.

  • Producing attractive and effective designs for digital and physical media

  • Supporting the Clio brand and developing net new branding for sub-brands

  • Support the design needs for our communications including thought leadership presentations, townhalls, webinars and more.

What you should have:

  • Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, communication and prioritization skills are key.

  • 3-5 years creative industry experience

  • Experience with Keynote and Figma

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)

  • Serious bonus points for After Effects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment

  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production

  • Consistency regardless of project size

  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards

Bonus points:

  • Experience working collaboratively in Figma

  • Past experience working in a Saas company.

  • The expected salary range* for Canadian Applicants similar roles within Clio is: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD

**Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Clio. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
