What you'll work on:

  • Partner with Clio’s senior leadership to continue to build and scale our global talent acquisition culture and function;

  • Attract, manage, engage, develop, and retain Clio’s team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, Coordinators and Managers;

  • Ensure that company-wide hiring targets are met or exceeded according to plan, and that changes/deviations are communicated to executives early and often;

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior-level hiring managers and key stakeholders at leadership levels across the business;

  • Own reporting for Talent Acquisition: Improving overall metrics across the business that help inform strategic decisions, workforce planning and allocation of resources;

  • Research and suggest continuous improvements to the processes and practices that guide our Talent Acquisition efforts today;

  • Collaborate with business leaders to accelerate our processes for hiring, interviewing, and ensuring a uniformly positive candidate experience;

  • Leverage the power of data to up-level our hiring operations and candidate experience;

  • Create actionable Talent Acquisition reports with insights and suggestions for improvement;

  • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process (including assessing for culture fit) for senior, high-complexity, and high-impact roles;

  • Help define and execute on Clio’s employment branding initiatives;

  • Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a leadership capacity in Talent Acquisition. Proven track record building, managing and optimizing Global Technical Talent Acquisition functions, as well as managing leaders;

  • Demonstrated expertise in global recruitment and deep understanding of industry knowledge;

  • Previous experience in high-growth and dynamic tech organizations;

  • Proven ability to drive impact and results through effective team management and leadership;

  • Leadership approach characterized by a growth mindset; resilient, flexible and creative problem-solving skills;

  • Advanced skills in change management and consultation; serves as a change agent, influencing positive transformation in a rapidly growing tech company;

  • Strong proficiency in leveraging data-driven talent insights for informed decision-making;

  • Ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals and OKRS;

  • Strong prioritization skills and accountability;

  • Experience supporting Global hiring initiatives - FTE/Contractors/Employers of Record/Immigration

  • Recognized as a trusted partner and relationship builder

  • Ability to work effectively in a high performance and dynamic environment; comfortable leading through ambiguity and constant change.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.

  • The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $152,500 to $228,800

  • Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance

  • Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. once per week on our Anchor Day.

*Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
