What you'll work on:

  • Partner with the People Leadership team to build and scale our global technical recruiting function;

  • Attract, manage, develop, and retain a team of global Talent Acquisition Specialists;

  • Ensure that your team’s respective hiring targets are met or exceeded according to plan, and that changes/deviations are communicated to executives early and often;

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers and key stakeholders at leadership levels across the business;

  • Research and suggest continuous improvements to the processes and practices that guide our Talent Acquisition efforts today;

  • Collaborate with business leaders to accelerate our processes for hiring, interviewing, and ensuring a uniformly positive candidate experience, and an equitable hiring process.

  • Leverage the power of data to up-level our hiring operations and candidate experience;

  • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for senior, high-complexity, and high-impact roles;

  • Help define and execute on Clio’s employment branding initiatives, including recruiting events, job fairs, media campaigns, and the like.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a talent acquisition leadership role. Proven track record building, managing and optimizing Technical Talent Acquisition functions;

  • Proven expertise in technical recruitment, full proficiency managing multiple requisitions, employing creative search techniques for passive candidates;

  • Demonstrated ability to lead with a growth mindset; an ability to be resilient, flexible and creative in approaching complex problems;

  • Advanced skills in change management and consultation; serves as a change agent, influencing change in a fast growing company within the tech industry;

  • Demonstrated ability to form, develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels, including executives;

  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making;

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; comfortable with ambiguity and constant change;

  • Program and project leadership and delivery experience.

  • The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $96,000 - $156,900 CAD

  • Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. once per week on our Anchor Day.

*Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
