This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Québec. Some travel may be required for hires based outside Vancouver and Toronto.
What your team does:
Clio is growing! Our Customer Education department is a key team in the Customer Success organization, and we are on a mission to build and scale a department that is both human and high-performing. Our CEd team is here to empower our customers to do their best work through onboarding, just-in-time, learning, best practices, training, coaching, and knowledge management. We focus on creating world class experiences, education, and support that elevates the development and performance of all Clio Customers.
What you’ll work on:
Developing learning experiences that engage and facilitate knowledge/skills acquisition for instructor-led, blended, and self-paced on-demand learning courses;
Creating engaging, digestible learning assets and course materials within multiple mediums, focusing on but not limited to video and eLearning;
Partnering closely with SMEs and Instructional Designers to help design and develop course content in multiple product and performance areas;
Assisting Customer Support team members in conducting needs analyses to determine learning requirements in terms of user and product goals (audience, goal, timeline, learning methodologies, and delivery methods);
Using learning analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements for each design cycle;
Finding new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our audience.
What you may have:
1-2 years of learning development, video production, and content authoring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
Proven ability to design effective learning assets that meet the goals of the business;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities with a proven record of success;
Experience with multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, etc);
Should have experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Evolve, and have experience working within a LMS;
The ability to get up to speed on our industry and product offerings quickly.
Serious bonus points if you have:
A degree in learning or business;
Experience with facilitation in a one-to-many environment.
