We’re growing fast, and our Customer Success Managers are at the center of that growth. At Ascend, you’ll learn how to be a world-class Customer Success Manager — how to grow revenue, influence executives, and drive lasting impact.

This is a full-time contract spanning 12 months from the date of hire.

The Role

At Ascend, Customer Success is a revenue engine. You’ll own a portfolio of clients and your job is to grow their lottery revenue — which grows ours. That means influencing, persuading, and guiding clients to make moves that drive results.

You’ll be measured on the growth of your accounts. To win here, you need to be revenue minded, intelligent, and relentless in creating opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning client relationships end-to-end: being the trusted partner who knows their goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Thinking like an owner: spot growth levers in each account and act on them. We’ll teach you how to do it.
  • Creating strategies and plans to convince clients to invest more in lottery prizes, emails and marketing to drive revenue.
  • Upselling clients to run more programming based on our products — payroll raffles, 50/50s, prize raffles, marketing add-ons.
  • Running tight follow-ups, keeping opportunities moving even when faced with slow moving deals.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve carried a number before: in sales development, sales, or revenue-focused CSM roles.
  • You know how to influence decision makers and make the ROI case stick.
  • You’re persistent — you follow up until it gets done.
  • You think like an owner: you can quickly connect the dots between strategy and revenue.
  • You like building relationships, but you also know relationships are built on results.
  • Bilingual (English & French) — many of our clients are in Québec and strong communication in both languages is essential.
