• Develop and promote a strong customer relationship through a customer centric approach to project management.

• Take full ownership of project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, and risk.

• Our projects involve the design, building, testing, and installation of complex electromechanical systems.

• Oversee the project from initiation through to closing while balancing the project management triangle of cost, quality, and time.

• Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Facilitate and oversee the resolution of issues and challenges that naturally occur during complex multidisciplinary projects.

• Encourage and mentor employees to ensure the team’s morale and efficiency is maintained at the highest level.

• Direct the compilation of required project data, including budget, time constraints, contracts, and technical information.

• Develop detailed schedules for complex projects, outlining all activities required for successful completion.

• Monitor team progress on a daily basis, pinpoint possible issues with design, budgets, schedules, and customers.

• Gather perspectives and input using appropriate techniques to build consensus and increase awareness.
