As Alida’s Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for Alida globally. You will lead a high-performing sales team, and work closely with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure we are achieving our revenue targets year on year. To be successful in this role you will be an expert in pipeline generation, bringing with you proven success of implementing repeatable processes from your recent experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inspire the Sales org, to include the AE & BDR teams, motivating and guiding them to achieving their revenue targets.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team.
  • Lead revenue forecasting in collaboration with RevOps and the other Sales leaders.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Hone and execute sales processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to track and measure sales performance.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales training and development programs.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the executive team and board of directors.

Experience Required:

  • Proven success managing high performing sales teams, preferable in a SaaS based organization.
  • Ideally 5+ years experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in a sales role, we want someone who has walked the walk to lead our teams.
  • Strong experience with sales tools and technology, and how these can be leveraged to our advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the SaaS space, ideally selling into large Global enterprise companies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Energy, enthusiasm,inspiration & accountability.

Additional details:

  • The expected base pay range for this position will be $250,000-280,000 CAD depending on experience. There will be an OTE component.
