The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Campaign Operations sits at the center of 1Password’s go-to-market engine, bridging Marketing Technology, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns move seamlessly from strategic planning into GTM execution.

This role is ideal for someone who understands end-to-end campaign workflows and thrives in the orchestration and execution layer that turns campaign builds into pipeline, insights, and GTM readiness. While Marketing and MarTech own campaign strategy and technical build, this role ensures everything after the build is fully operationalized across GTM (Go-To-Market) systems; correctly routed, measurable, actionable, and aligned for Sales, BDR (Business Development Representatives), and RevOps partners.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, this is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic, detail-oriented operator who is passionate about translating demand generation into pipeline impact.

What to expect:

  • Partner with Marketing Technology to activate campaigns post-build, ensuring they are fully operationalized across GTM systems.

  • Translate completed campaign builds and Marketing strategy (Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Product Marketing Management) into GTM-ready workflows, including routing, segmentation, enrichment, scoring, tracking, and pipeline readiness.

  • Conduct campaign readiness quality assurance (QA) across Salesforce dependencies, audience logic, attribution, and follow-up paths prior to launch.

  • Own post-build campaign operations, including Salesforce enablement, routing logic, reporting setup, and campaign governance.

  • Serve as the operational bridge between Marketing, Marketing Technology (MarTech), GTM, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure seamless handoffs, visibility, and execution.

  • Deliver clear launch documentation and GTM enablement outlining target audiences, lead flow, follow-up expectations, timing, and success metrics.

  • Ensure accurate lead routing, enrichment, scoring, attribution, and service-level agreement (SLA) adherence across the GTM stack in partnership with Business Development Representative (BDR) leadership.

  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance, delivering insights and dashboards that inform optimization and future program design.

  • Drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, improving data integrity, reducing manual processes, and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Troubleshoot issues across RevOps systems and collaborate with MarTech on system-level fixes and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or adjacent GTM operational roles (Software-as-a-Service [SaaS] preferred).

  • Strong understanding of MarTech and GTM systems such as Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crossbeam, enrichment tools, and event platforms.

  • Clear grasp of how campaigns are built in the Marketing technology stack, even if you do not own the technical build.

  • Hands-on experience with lead management, routing, scoring, attribution, and campaign-to-pipeline workflows.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; experience with business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Strong communicator who can translate marketing strategy into operational clarity for GTM teams.

  • A systems thinker who enjoys optimizing workflows, improving execution, and scaling operational excellence.
