- Communication (& Language): You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, and Dutch or German, with the ability to engage and share information effectively. English is required, but proficiency in other languages is an asset!
- 3+ years of experience in selling IT, password management, MSP or cyber security solutions
- Proven track record of generating new business, managing relationships and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to foster effective in-person relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate meaningful internal and external (partners, stakeholders, etc.) relationships.
- This role involves up to 30% travel per quarter across the UK and EMEA region, including frequent attendance at MSP industry events.
What you can expect:
- New business generation
- New business identification.
- Identify and engage potential MSP partners to sell 1Password MSP programs including prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach.
- Sales Presentations Client Meetings & Relationship Building
- Attend MSP industry events and/or travel to MSPs and other key clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, offering our tailored solutions to enhance their security services.
- Lead in-depth product demonstrations, sales presentations to MSPs and their clients highlighting the benefits of 1Password in improving security and compliance. Deliver group training and enablement functions.
- Solution Selling
- Build and sustain trusting relationships with MSP’s, aligning 1Password with the MSP’s needs and demonstrating how it can enhance their service offerings by creating value for their end clients.
- Market Analysis and Alignment
- Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to adapt and refine our MSP offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Reporting & CRM
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in Salesforce. Ensure the MSP demonstrations align with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Account Management & Growth
- Nurture and expand existing MSP relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Travel
- Regular travel (up to 30% per sales quarter) to meet with MSPs across your assigned territory, attend industry events, and represent 1Password at trade shows and conferences.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Uphold high standards of service quality and reliability to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
- Innovation and Technology Implementation
- Research the latest technological advancements and customer offerings at the MSP events to enhance our service offerings.
- Use market research and analysis to suggest improvements that will help 1Password stay ahead of technological trends and competitor activities.
