- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, ideally within SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Extensive experience scaling business operations in a high-growth environment, especially in creating high-impact inbound/outbound and partnership sales motions.
- Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to create and execute sales plans that align with and support company-wide goals.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, especially in coaching and mentoring sales talent in a remote and globally dispersed setting.
- Data-driven and analytical, with an ability to interpret sales metrics to drive improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, with an innovative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo for impactful results.
What you can expect:
- Lead the Enterprise sales teams in the Americas, driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers, as well as expand 1Password’s presence across new and existing markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including optimizing direct inbound/outbound, channel, and partnership initiatives at scale.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, representing 1Password at industry events and promoting our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Build high-performing sales teams by overseeing the hiring, development and optimization of quality sales talent. Lead by example to foster a safe, inclusive culture where accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence thrive.
- Oversee the development, continuous improvement and maturation of scalable Enterprise sales standard practices, processes, systems, and metrics, identifying key areas for future investment and building the business case to support objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Participate in executive-level discussions and contribute to company-wide initiatives, including accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
