As the Senior Manager of Enablement Programs and Operations, you will be pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our enablement programs. You are experienced in designing and managing data-driven programs that empower sales, customer success, and other customer-facing teams. You will lead a team to develop and implement programs, ensuring that our teams have the tools, training, and resources they need to excel. You will craft impactful enablement strategies and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

You will join a team dedicated to optimizing enablement operations and report into the leadership team responsible for enablement strategy. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive results.

This is a remote opportunity within the United States or Canada.

What you can expect:

Design and implement enablement programs for sales, customer success, and other customer-facing teams.
Continuously refine programs to ensure alignment with company goals and measurable outcomes.
Develop and manage enablement materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and documentation.
Lead the creation and administration of a communications program for the GTM team, including meetings, async learning, and newsletters.
Establish and track KPIs to measure program success and impact.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, optimizing enablement strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.

What we're looking for:

Several years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful programs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in enablement tools and technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and content creation tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and password management industry trends is a plus.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $140,000 USD and $190,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $134,000 CAD and $182,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
