What you can expect:
- RMM Channel Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RMM strategy to achieve business growth and market expansion.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of RMM strategies and initiatives.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including MSPs, and RMM
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with RMM partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of channel sales programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Channel Program Management:
- Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and training programs.
- Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, support, and training to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs to enhance partner satisfaction and performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage channel budgets and forecasts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the MSP executive team on channel performance and progress towards goals.
- Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the RMM channel landscape.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
