1Password Partners play a critical role in 1Passwords mission to make security better for everyone.
As 1Password embarks on our next era of growth and expands our market presence, we are initiating a multi-year initiative to revamp and improve our partner program offerings. This aims to streamline the partner experience with a focus on skill building, building predictable profitability models and creating a more simplified and engaging interaction.
As part of this commitment to support Partners, we also need to be intentional and well organized in constructing a long term and thriving partner program. As the Partner Program Manager, you will help build 1Passwords Partner Program, and support the ongoing evolution of the program as well as other key parts of the Partners experience.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 5 years of experience of program management with proven success in building channel, alliance and services partner programs, and implementing successful change with global business processes.
  • Practical go-to-market experience with a deep understanding of the experiences had with typical users of partner relationship management tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute on projects that involve alignment and collaboration across disciplines and crafts.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in partner relationship management software.

What you can expect:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on partner programs and partner relationship management software best practices, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define partner program objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Implement and optimize partner engagement initiatives to drive mutual business success.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead infrastructure enhancements to the 1Password Partner experience, including development of a new partner portal for co-selling & co-marketing activities.
  • Implement and configure our partner portal to support partner data management needs, including partner profiles, hierarchies, and relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and evaluating competitor partner programs to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collect and manage feedback from Partners into the ongoing roadmap for the Partner Program.
  • Consult with GTM, marketing, finance, executives, and sales, to help identify, design, and implement the business processes necessary to optimize a successful channel experience through partner relationship management software.
  • Manage and measure the results of new partner experiences, and then iterating to improve.
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $97,000 USD and $131,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $86,000 CAD and $116,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
