- A proven track record of 3 years in sales/revenue/gtm enablement, with the ability to lead learning initiatives. Preference for experience in a SaaS sales environment, but not required.
- The ability to run training projects throughout their lifecycle. You’re comfortable conducting a needs analysis and evaluating the efficacy of the final product.
- A knack for problem solving. You can recommend and create dynamic learning experiences based on assessing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Relationships are critical in this role since you’ll be working closely with sales leadership and their team members.
- A team-player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and accept feedback. You value input from your internal team and all the stakeholders you support.
- Experience working with Salesforce
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience working as a BDR, SDR, AE, AM, or CSM.
- Familiarity with our tech stack that includes Articulate Rise 360, Docebo, Outreach, Gong
- A background in the cybersecurity or identity management industry.
- Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager. While not required, it’ll help you quickly have confidence in this role.
