Description
- Review hardship grant applications against eligibility guidelines
- Prepare grant recommendations and participate in shared approval decisions
- Manage applicant communications and documentation
- Track approval trends, decline patterns, and turnaround timelines
- Recommend policy improvements based on application data and community needs
- Maintain compliant grant records and reporting
Development & Fundraising Operations
- Execute fundraising campaigns and donor initiatives
- Support public-facing fundraising activations and community events
- Represent eXtend a hand in donor, volunteer, and partner engagements
- Manage donor communication workflows and fulfillment
Operations & Systems Ownership
- Own donor CRM and reporting systems (Neon CRM and/or HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
- Maintain dashboards and leadership reporting
- Prepare board reports and organizational updates
- Coordinate volunteer programs and engagement efforts
Financial Oversight
- Reconcile donation revenue with Finance
- Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and campaign financial performance
- Ensure financial accuracy and nonprofit compliance
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Grant application turnaround time and reporting accuracy
- Campaign execution accuracy and on-time delivery
- CRM data integrity and reporting reliability
- Financial reconciliation accuracy and budget tracking
Role Structure
- Reports directly to: Executive Director, eXtend a hand
- Full-time, remote position
- Strong nonprofit operations or development operations experience
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Comfortable representing eXtend a Hand in public settings (events, donor activations, campaigns)
- Outgoing, relationship-oriented, and confident engaging with donors, partners, and volunteers
- Systems-oriented with high execution standards
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, corporate-supported nonprofit environments
- Experience with nonprofit CRMs such as Neon CRM and/or HubSpot is a strong plus
- Highly organized with strong financial and reporting discipline
