Your mission:
Support and scale the content marketing engine for eXp’s EMEIA region.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across emerging and high-priority markets — building assets, managing regional social channels, supporting campaigns, and transforming agent stories into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver creative support across social, email, podcasting, and other content-driven initiatives.
What you will own:
- A digital content generalist — confident creating, editing, and publishing across multiple media.
- Highly organized and self-managed, able to juggle multiple content tracks and markets.
- Creative with a strong eye for design and storytelling, even if not formally trained.
- Experienced managing brand or business social media accounts.
- Proactive and solution-oriented — you pitch ideas and find ways to improve systems.
- Curious about EMEIA audiences and eager to learn regional nuances.
- Comfortable working asynchronously across UK, Europe, Africa, India, and Dubai time zones.
Tools You Should Know:
- Canva (design and content creation)
- CapCut or Descript (short-form video editing)
- Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Page Manager
- Basic familiarity with email marketing tools
- Generative AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
Additional experience (that will make you stand out):
- Experience working with multicultural or international brands.
- Basic audio/video editing for reels, podcast promos, and event recaps.
- Knowledge of analytics tools for social and email performance.
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms.
- Experience with paid media via Meta Business Suite.
