What you will do:
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Manager to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and be able to effectively utilize its features to support our marketing, services, and customer success teams.
They’re in charge of figuring out complex solutions, documenting and diagramming what’s necessary, and communicating with stakeholders about what’s being proposed and what trade-offs may be necessary. They’re also a check on junior and standard level assignments to ensure they will deliver what’s needed and work as intended.
How you will make an impact:
  • Complete discovery calls with business partners to understand business objectives, pain points, and successes in their current CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Work with the Operations and Executive HubSpot Committees as an SME for project scope, prioritization and constraints.
  • Make platform and process recommendations to business partners regarding best practices that will enable departments to achieve their internal business goals.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about the solution on both a technical and business level. This includes defining assignments for internal team members.
  • Stay up to date on changes to the HubSpot platform and identify new opportunities they represent to business partners.
  • Coordinate with multiple departmental resources, such as internal access management, learning and development and marketing teams.
  • Proactively identify process gaps, reporting challenges, or other roadblocks that may impact overall client success and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency responses.
  • Create and manage workflows, forms, landing pages, and other HubSpot assets to support business operations.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including data hygiene, segmentation, and list management.
  • Potentially integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms, including survey tools, other CRM’s, etc.
  • Monitor HubSpot usage and adoption to ensure optimal usage by operational teams.
  • Be the subject matter expert in your area of expertise.
  • High degree of advanced knowledge, conceptual understanding, and implementation.
  • Discretionary decision making abilities, and forward thinking.
  • Perform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.
  • Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality.
  • Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities or self-directed learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

How you will grab our attention:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 3+ years of operations experience in customizing and configuring a marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Support Operations
  • Experience as an end user in a marketing automation or CRM platform
  • Ability to take complex challenges and break them down into manageable processes and requirements
  • Proven project management skills
  • Well-developed written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Relationship-building skills and client communication experience
  • Show a willingness to learn new methods and share new ideas to enhance the team’s processes and production
  • Demonstrate work ethic with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred

  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
  • Remote Work experience required
  • Dedicated home-office/work space
  • Advanced Trello experience preferred
  • Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely
