Description
- Complete discovery calls with business partners to understand business objectives, pain points, and successes in their current CRM and marketing platforms.
- Work with the Operations and Executive HubSpot Committees as an SME for project scope, prioritization and constraints.
- Make platform and process recommendations to business partners regarding best practices that will enable departments to achieve their internal business goals.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about the solution on both a technical and business level. This includes defining assignments for internal team members.
- Stay up to date on changes to the HubSpot platform and identify new opportunities they represent to business partners.
- Coordinate with multiple departmental resources, such as internal access management, learning and development and marketing teams.
- Proactively identify process gaps, reporting challenges, or other roadblocks that may impact overall client success and recommend solutions as needed.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency responses.
- Create and manage workflows, forms, landing pages, and other HubSpot assets to support business operations.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, including data hygiene, segmentation, and list management.
- Potentially integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms, including survey tools, other CRM’s, etc.
- Monitor HubSpot usage and adoption to ensure optimal usage by operational teams.
- Be the subject matter expert in your area of expertise.
- High degree of advanced knowledge, conceptual understanding, and implementation.

- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience
- 3+ years of operations experience in customizing and configuring a marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Support Operations
- Experience as an end user in a marketing automation or CRM platform
- Ability to take complex challenges and break them down into manageable processes and requirements
- Proven project management skills
- Well-developed written communication skills and presentation skills
- Relationship-building skills and client communication experience
- Show a willingness to learn new methods and share new ideas to enhance the team’s processes and production
