Description
- Program Oversight & Execution:
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of eXp University and eXp Elevate Coaching programs from initiation to completion.
- Drive the initiation, scheduling, setup, and hosting of programs, ensuring timelines are met and processes run smoothly.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with staff and Virtual Assistants to ensure seamless execution of program-related tasks.
- Provide clear guidance and resources to maintain consistency and quality in task execution.
- Process Coordination & Improvement:
- Utilize existing workflows and procedures to prepare and meet goals and timelines of programs to maintain program quality.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key program activities. Identify areas for improvement and implement updates to streamline processes as the team and programs evolve.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between eXp University, Elevate Coaches, Realty Agents, other departments, and leadership.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of program goals with all stakeholders.
- Act as a resource for Elevate Coaches, University Trainers, and internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary support to run successful programs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor program performance by maintaining, and reporting on, success metrics and address issues and challenges proactively.
- Maintain attention to detail across all program deliverables to meet organizational standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field is preferred; however, a High School diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience coordinating or managing virtual programs or events in a professional setting.
- Strong background in working with Virtual Assistants and Interns.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Process-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing and refining workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in remote or virtual team environments is highly preferred.
