仕事内容：
アメリカを本社とする世界最大の不動産会社の日本支社マネージャーとして マーケティング領域を幅広く実践、統括していただきます。マーケティング の知識と経験を活かし、戦略的な広告活動を推進しながら、チームをリード し、円滑な広告運営を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容：
1. イベント
- オンライン/オフライン双方での下記イベントの企画立案と実行
- 対外/社外イベント
- 社内/営業向けイベント
2. ソーシャルメディア
- Instagram、Facebook、LinkedIn、X、TikTokの運用
- 上記運用に必要なコンテンツ作成
- 上記含む広告に必要な動画作成の発注管理マネジメント
3. 社内及び社外向けのコンテンツ作成
- Canvaを利用した社内向け資料や広告案、クリエイティブの作成
- プレス資料などの作成及び管理
5. チームマネジメント
- 将来的な日本支社のマーケティングスタッフの管理・育成
- 米国本社のマーケティングスタッフとの調整（英語等応相談）
求める経験・スキル
必須要件:
- マーケティング領域での業務従事経験（5年以上）
- ソーシャルメディアに精通していること
- SNSコンテンツ作成や運営経験があること
- SEO、SEMなどのデジタルマーケティングに精通していること
- Canvaの使用スキルに長けていること
- データを使用してマーケティングプランを策定出来ること
歓迎要件:
- マーケティング、経営管理、または関連分野の学位
- スタートアップのマーケティングの立ち上げ経験
- 外資企業のマーケティングの立ち上げ経験
- 不動産業もしくは人材業の従事経験
- 海外とのコミュニケーション経験
- リーダーシップ、マネジメント経験
- HubSpotの運用経験

What you will do:
As a Marketing Manager at the Japan branch of the world's largest real estate company headquartered in the United States, you will oversee and execute a wide range of marketing activities. Utilizing your marketing expertise and experience, you will drive strategic advertising efforts, lead the team, and ensure smooth advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Events
- Planning and executing both online and offline events, including:
- External/Public events
- Internal/Sales events
2. Social Media
- Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
- Creating content for the above platforms
- Overseeing the production of video content required for advertisements
3. Content Creation (Internal & External)
- Designing internal materials, advertisements, and creatives using Canva
- Creating and managing press releases and other promotional materials
4. Team Management
- Managing and training future marketing staff for the Japan branch
- Coordinating with marketing staff at the U.S. headquarters (language requirements negotiable)
How you will grab our attention:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Proficiency in social media management
- Experience in SNS content creation and operations
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and SEM
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to develop marketing plans based on data analysis
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in launching marketing for a startup
- Experience in launching marketing for a multinational company
- Background in the real estate or HR industry
- Experience in international communication
- Leadership and management experience
- Experience using HubSpot
