Description
- Partners with the Vice President of Global Compliance Development to implement the strategic vision for compliance education content, aligning it with eXp's overall compliance goals and objectives
- Execute and track on-going implementation of the global agent compliance core competencies curriculum, ensuring all agents receive comprehensive training on key compliance areas
- Directly supervises Compliance Content Specialists and Compliance Communications Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance management
- Deliver engaging daily content on Workplace through posts, videos, images, and live/virtual appearances
- Creates and oversees the publication of on-demand content available to eXp Agents on Trakstar/Mindflash LMS
- Monitors and optimizes the adoption and usage of on-demand learning content, analyzing metrics and making data-driven improvements
- Collaborates with team members and internal partners to create localized content for Agents in various jurisdictions, considering factors such as Agent location, language, etc.
- Customizes content for use by Compliance Officers in cases resulting in corrective actions for Agents
- Facilitates live streaming of department-hosted educational events, ensuring seamless execution and engaging experiences
- Presents training content and provides support to other team members during presentations
- Leverage and implement AI tools to exponentially expand the reach and efficiency of compliance education initiatives, optimizing content delivery, engagement, and support for agents. Use AI-driven insights and resources to empower agents with accessible, on-demand guidance in their compliance efforts, ensuring scalable and personalized compliance support.
- Monitors and becomes familiar with AI systems used by real estate professionals to identify potential legal and compliance pitfalls; partners with the Legal team to inform agents of potential legal or compliance pitfalls related to the use of AI.
- Works collaboratively with other departments such as Brokerage Operations, Growth, and Legal teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated effectively across the organization
- Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall compliance education efforts
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field preferred but not required; relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance principles and practices
- Preferred experience in the real estate industry, with a familiarity of industry-specific compliance regulations and practices
- Holding an active real estate license is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts clearly and concisely
- Experience with and proficiency in using AI tools to enhance educational outreach, streamline content creation, and provide data-driven insights to support compliance objectives and agent engagement.
- Proficiency in and experience with E-Learning platforms like LMS, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Zoom, etc.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc., to enhance content visual appeal
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and manage competing deadlines
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new systems and tools
- Strong proficiency in using Google Suite and other collaboration tools for effective team collaboration and communication
