The total base pay for this position is between £26,000 - £27,000 per year, and is dependent upon location, experience, skills, and training.

What you will do:
- Check all new instructions and new sales are compliant with current legislation and eXp procedure. Liaising with the agent appropriately to resolve any cases of non compliance.
- Ensure AML checks are completed correctly in line with legislation and eXp UK’s Policy, Controls and Procedures
- Provide support to the country leader and team
- Provide first class support to agents
- Assist team with generating and distributing communications to Agents
- Administrator of Workplace Compliance page for posting and agent communications and responding to queries from agents, supporting with other pages as needed
- Ensure any high risk, suspicious or PEP’s are reported to the MLO
- Special Projects as directed by Manager or Designated Managing Broker
- Identify and develop areas where technology could improve and streamline the role
- Continually reviewing and suggesting content for AML risk assessments and PCP documents
- Ensuring agents AML and GDPR training is up to date and renewed at least annually
- To assist with complaints as needed
- Support other areas of the business as and when required
How you will grab our attention:
- Bachelors or undergraduate degree with no experience, or 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English + minimum of 2 years experience, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years estate agency experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to build relationships with agents, conveyors, notaries, Designated Managing Broker
- Works well under time restraints

Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection within the UK. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analysing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team. Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration.
Equipment and Expenses: You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.
Company Meetings: Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings or training sessions at the company's headquarters or other designated locations. Prior notice will be provided, and any associated expenses will be covered by the company.
