What you will do:
The Subledger Architect Lead, Oracle ERP Cloud will be responsible for improving existing and supporting enhancements to the Oracle Financials roadmap impacting operational and transactional processes. Ensure that existing and future state implemented solutions align with the user's business requirements and industry best practices. As a Lead within the Oracle Cloud P2P and O2C process areas, the role involves taking a proactive approach to configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions. Will Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
  • Configure/ Manage non-production Subledger modules (AP, AR, CM, SLA) and translate business requirements into functional tasks.
  • Perform Discovery phases and driving business process changes with strategic roadmaps.
  • Manage Solutions involving Custom Integrations using the Oracle PaaS Layers and Oracle Reporting Solutions (BIP/ FAW)
  • Provide recommendations supportive of the Company’s global implementation (Multi GAAP) and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on features and capabilities of ERP Subledgers
  • Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Create detailed functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, and reports.
  • Coordinate with development/ Support teams to manage the development process and resolve issues.
  • Proactive in Defining Test Strategies and Execution of Test Scripts.
How you will grab our attention:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud solutions, project management tools, and strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution related documents.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
Competencies:
  • Should have strong Functional experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.
  • Should have been part of the complete life cycle of the Project from requirement gathering to deployment in a Functional SME or Architect role.
  • Experience with Oracle Modules Oracle EBS Financials Cloud, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), and Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Direct Experience supporting public accounting and Compliance (Audit and Sox controls)
  • Strong Accounting background implementing solutions in GAAP and IFRS – US and International environments.

What you will do:
As the Agent Operations Specialist for Chile and Colombia, you will work closely with the Global Operations team, receiving foundational programs designed for various countries. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and adapt these programs for both Chile and Colombia.
Key Duties:
  • Program Implementation:
    • Collaborate closely with Global Operations to receive and understand foundational programs.
    • Implement and customize these programs according to the specific needs and regulations of Chile and Colombia.
  • Agent Onboarding:
    • Lead the onboarding process for agents, involving the selection of suitable applicants to join the company.
    • Guide new agents during their first 3 months to help them familiarize themselves with the platform and adapt their business to the new model.
  • Internal Communication with Real Estate Agents:
    • Take responsibility for internal communication with agents, ensuring a clear understanding and effective use of tools provided by eXp.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage and implement projects related to programs and services offered to agents.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Program Adaptation: Ensure seamless adaptation and implementation of global programs for the specific markets of Chile and Colombia.
  • Agent Onboarding Success: Measure success in onboarding agents by evaluating their understanding of the platform and their ability to adapt their business model within the first 3 months.
  • Effective Communication: Assess and ensure effective internal communication with agents regarding the use of tools provided by eXp.
  • Project Implementation: Successfully implement and manage projects related to programs and services for agents.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work.
