What you will do:
The Production Lead’s mission is to oversee the successful planning and delivery of video production, including implementing live and e-learning training classes and events that promote agent productivity across eXp Realty. The Production Lead will manage the virtual studio, align technical resources, and mentor a cross-functional team while contributing to strategic decisions that scale production capabilities and optimize learning experiences for agents.
  • Leverage multimedia expertise (2+ years) in video content creation, editing, and YouTube channel management to optimize video performance and deliver high-quality visual content.
  • Operationalize the virtual studio during live and pre-recorded events, ensuring seamless broadcasting across multiple platforms such as webinars, virtual classrooms, and social media channels.
  • Drive the growth and management of the eXp University YouTube’s various channels, optimizing content for maximum subscriptions and engagement through SEO strategies and multimedia expertise.
  • Audit the University’s training programs and e-learning offerings, ensuring that content quality meets established standards and is updated regularly to reflect new industry trends and practices.
  • Manage the production and delivery of eXp Realty podcasts, ensuring a seamless workflow from concept through recording, editing, and publication.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, production, and post-production of podcasts and other audio-visual training resources, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including commercials, sizzle reels, and other promotional content to drive awareness of University products and programs.
  • Stay updated on and implement the latest virtual production technologies and trends to elevate the quality and efficiency of all productions.
  • Host the Virtual Green Room, troubleshooting technical issues and preparing speakers and instructors for live events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Standardize production procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality output across all eXp University programs.
  • Lead cross-functional training efforts, equipping partner teams with the necessary skills to operate the virtual studio and increase production capacity.
  • Oversee all post-production processes, including editing, transitions, and enhancements, to ensure a rapid and polished turnaround of recorded content.
  • Utilize project management tools like Trello to manage production workflows and ensure deadlines are met across all production and post-production tasks.
  • Coordinate technical resources and align team efforts to ensure all necessary equipment and personnel are ready for the recording and production of training sessions.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from agents to continually enhance training programs and production workflows.
  • Collaborate and communicate with senior leadership to refine operational procedures within the virtual studio, ensuring scalability as the organization continues to grow.
  • Prepare key reports and track essential metrics, ensuring clear communication of outcomes and successes to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop team members, creating a collaborative, supportive environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
How you will grab our attention:
  • A Bachelor's degree in education, sales, media production, or a related field is preferred; however, a High School diploma or GED is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
  • Significant experience in video and virtual production, e-learning development, or training delivery is essential, particularly in managing live and pre-recorded sessions.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software, such as Capcut, Filmora, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with live streaming programs, including StreamYard, Restream, or Riverside, to manage live broadcasts and webinars.
  • A proven ability to create interactive and engaging training content and facilitate compelling presentations.
  • Expertise in resolving technical challenges during live events and recording sessions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading small teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and tools commonly used in the industry is highly preferred.
