We’re zipBoard - a visual review and collaboration tool trusted by global teams in AEC, eLearning, and tech. We’re building the future of digital content reviews and need someone excited to roll up their sleeves and help us grow.

🎯 What You’ll Work On

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where no two days are the same. You’ll support:

Product documentation – writing help articles, release notes, FAQs

Quick product videos – using Loom/Canva to showcase workflows

Marketing content – blog posts, social posts, email copy (with AI support)

Sales support – drafting one-pagers, outreach templates, visual explainers

**AI hacks – experimenting with ChatGPT, Canva Magic, make.com etc. to make us faster + smarter

🧠 Who You Are

• A strong communicator – can write clearly and simplify complex things
• A builder’s mindset – you don’t wait to be told; you start
• Familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, Loom, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, make, n8n
• Excited by SaaS, content, growth, and learning fast
• Bonus if you’ve worked with early-stage startups or in tech/SaaS/content
