About the Role

Encore/Zii Travel Technologies is seeking an innovative Automation Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on optimizing and automating our Back-office, Mid-office, and Operational workflows. This role sits at the intersection of process improvement, AI-driven automation, and scalable systems design, with the goal of reducing manual overhead, accelerating efficiency, and enhancing service quality. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience building AI Agents and low/no-code automation pipelines using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Zapier, n8n, and related platforms. They’ll work closely with stakeholders from Product, Operations, Engineering, and third-party integrations (e.g., Travelport, Compleat) to identify bottlenecks and design smart, maintainable automation solutions.

Location & Work Environment

This is a dynamic hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in our Montreal office for key moments such as workshops, sprint planning, and collaborative sessions. Outside of these touchpoints, remote work is supported. You'll be part of a collaborative team culture that values autonomy, agility, and ownership.

  • Build AI-Driven Solutions: Deploy and manage intelligent agents using tools such as OpenAI’s GPT models, Google Gemini, and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make/Integromat, etc.).
  • Manage Technical Integrations: Oversee automation projects involving third-party systems.
  • Design with Maintainability in Mind: Ensure that automation solutions are well-documented, modular, and designed for long-term sustainability and ease of updates.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs to quantify the impact of automation initiatives on efficiency, error reduction, and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as Evangelist: Promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement across the organization.
