Talent Acquisition Specialist - Operations and Tech (Remote First)

Responsibilities:
- Own the Hiring Process: Manage 3+ roles each month across our Tech (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers) and Operations (e.g., Financial Analysts, Marketing Specialists) teams.
- Strategic Partnership: You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Source and Engage Talent: Use creative strategies to find, screen, and engage active and passive candidates. You'll prioritize a great candidate experience from start to finish.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, write clear job descriptions, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Boost Our Process: Coach interviewers on best practices and help us improve how we assess talent to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keep Things Tidy: Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Lever), track performance metrics, and provide timely updates to everyone involved.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Zensurance positively in every interaction and at external events to promote our employer brand.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: You've got 3+ years of internal or agency recruitment experience, focusing on Operations and Tech roles.
- Strong Results: Background in full-cycle recruitment, including strong sourcing chops and meaningful time-to-hire results.
- Candidate Focus: Have a commitment to candidate experience. You'll make sure every candidate, from first contact to final offer, has a great interaction with Zensurance.
- Communication Style: Show strong communication and creative sourcing. You know how to tell a story about Zensurance that gets candidates excited and drives action.
- Data Smart: Have data smarts. You understand funnel metrics, hiring trends, and how to use those insights to influence and improve our strategies.
- Relationship Building: Have top-notch relationship building. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and an advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
- Organizational Skills: You're highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruitment Tools: Experience with Lever or a similar ATS; we're also big fans of using tools like Metaview to coach and improve interviews.
